I'm dealing with the exact same issue. It's been a battle all my life that started when I started modeling at age 12. It led to my first hospitalization with anorexia at barely 13 years old.

It started out like you said, then became a total obsession and panic to cover my obsession. Most of the time, when you start to feel that way, you can talk yourself back to that healthy state of thoughts by reminding yourself that you are doing it for health, and to keep up with the healthy diet etc... But if you are unable to get yourself back to that healthy place and you find yourself unable to think about anything else and it's become an issue, i'd seek help before it gets to the point of "no return"...

Keep reminding yourself how well you did the healthy way and how happy and proud you will be when you get to your goal. Good luck!

Quoting .Solange.:" I'm dealing with the exact same issue. It's been a battle all my life that started when I started modeling ... [snip!] ... reminding yourself how well you did the healthy way and how happy and proud you will be when you get to your goal. Good luck! "

Thank you for your response. I'll try that, it's just so odd because it's never been an issue for me before, you know? I'm 26 and have always been overweight, so not eating enough hasn't really ever been a problem.
