I am DEFINITELY feeling it today. My muscles are like... WHAT? lol Mainly just my leg muscles though. Can't wait to get rid of those fat thighs!

This is my difference from 12/1 to 1/15 and ten pounds! I was doing a mixture of Insanity/30 Day Shred that entire time. :)

I'm not necessarily watching what I eat, because I typically do eat pretty good. I only ever drink water and I always do smoothies and then yogurt/fruit for lunch (easiest things to eat while at work). My dinners vary greatly, but I do allow myself to eat what I want, when I want type thing. Because typically I want tuna/chicken and veggies and I definitely enjoy salads more than potatoes. :lol:



But last night, I had a philly cheese steak sandwich. :lol:

I've always been a water junkie, but cutting out all juice/soda has helped me a ton!



I'm 5'5/5'6 and my current weight is 172.4. My goal right now is to get under 160 before my DH gets home from deployment (I'll be cutting it close, lol), and then once I'm under 140 we'll start TTC!

Just finished day 3 of the shred. Whew. I did much better today but I'm still really feeling it! And SO threw away my paper with my measurements on it! grrr

I did 30ds today day 1 for me...I dont know why i find it boring lol but ill keep doing it..I bout die by the end. I run on my treadmill too but today i have not had too much time only got 10 min in and DS woke up
