Level 2 was crrrrrrrrrrrrrrrazy! It's been half an hour since and I'm still shaking. :lol:

I've only done five days of the shred, it's been a week since my first weigh in, I weighed in today. I'm on my period too so this isn't accurate probably... but I've lost 3.8lbs! I'm gonna start the shred again when my cramps get bearable!

I'm about to do day 4 of level 2.. but I'm feeling very discouraged. I weighed myself this morning and I've GAINED a pound. :cry:

Did you take measurements before? Have you been eating well and getting enough water?

hmm maybe your building up muscle.?..but yes I would say that would be very discouraging. Do you feel more toned?

5 inches is amazing! You're fat is turning into muscle. Don't get discouraged! I know.. easier said than done, but you're rocking it so far!

i gained too.



people on mfp say its pretty normal, and i lost inches, so i guess.... something IS happenin, but seein that on the scale made me upset....so i took the scale to the gasrage. hahaha

I literally couldn't finish level 2 today. I started and my door bell rang, then I restarted about 10 minutes later and my roommate came home and kept trying to talk to me through my door. Finally restarted again and had to stop at the beginning of circuit three, I got really light headed/dizzy.



I'll try again tonight!
