Never cooked it myself so I need some help. I have a few loins I'm going to cook here in a bit for DH when he gets home and I need ideas and tips on how to cook them.
TIA ladies :D
I throw mine in the crock pot with some soup mix. I add a little onion and voila!
Venison stew is the best!
Well they're defrosted but that's it. I have 20-30mins to cook them lol ughhhh I wish I would've thought of this earlier haha
Just make steaks and fry them up like you would a beef steak. It tastes different but delicious. I wish someone around here would have got a deer this year. SO never went.
I have made it into
Philly cheese steak
I have a grinder and have made portions of it for
Italian seasoned meat for spaghetti/lasagna
I cooked the meat the use my foodsaver to seal them up and freeze for later meals:D

Oh I've eaten it plenty of times lol just never had to cook it. I love game meat :) elk and buffalo are my faves. Yummayyyyyy lol
Ok so I've decided to pan fry them in a high-heat skillet with just some basic house seasoning. Should I fry them in a bit of olive oil?
