Has anyone ever heard or had a "mommy tuck" where they basically tuck you after your c section? How does that work? How would you set that up? Is it a plastic surgery??

I would assume its plastic surgery. And I'd say it's probably a bad idea. Recovering from a csection is probably hard enough without an added tummy tuck on top of it. There are so many other things to be worried about pp. Pp my concern was getting dd out of nicu not how big or small my tummy was.

I would have gone off! That's such a weird thing to ask about. Plus being pregnant I always think everyone is calling me fat. Dh could be like the sky is blue and I'd cry because I somehow thought he was tellin me I was fat. I made no sense whatsoever by the end.

Lmao yeah me too! I have been working on getting my stomach tighter but it's not what I want you know? So here I am just looking around. I mean we aren't even pregnant yet and if we do get pregnant soon I am shooting for a vba2c buuuut it's still nice to think about options. I read there's a thing call ed cutting away the old scar that's not a tuck but helps tighten the skin

I so know what you mean about the tummy! It just isn't the same! I didn't have a csection thank goodness! I'm such a wuss I would have done horribly with recovery. My sister has had two. Her last baby got stuck an they had to vacuum him out of the incision. Her scar is weird now.... It's like the normal scar with a little branch going up where they had to cut more. I will tell her about this though. I know it bothers her a lot.

Apparently you can get a tummy tuck while you are having your c-section. (once the baby is out). It's all the rage with celebrities

I could see a tummy tuck being a reasonable request if A: someone gained literally no extra belly fat during pregnancy, or B: someone worked for months and months, years? after having the baby and couldn't lose that little bit of skin/flab that hangs out. In all other situations, it's not practical to do a tummy tuck because it would get all weird once the normal pregnancy and water weight was lost naturally.

Mine bothers me a lot. Because I can't get it tighter the flap gives me a muffin top in jeans. Granted I am still losing weight and such but it bugs the crap out of me. That and my panties ride up there too.

My sister is a freak of nature. She's like a toothpick and has no extra body fat. I love her but this makes me want to hate her lol. Her scar is like indented. It goes in so it gives her a strange looking half muffin top thing.... If that makes sense.
