lol.. gosh the first week i went healthy i got so sick, but i adjusted.
My diet needs another overhaul, I've slipped up a lot and it is hard to get out of those habits (darn it.) I've just fallen into this really bad routine. I need to seriously wake up from it.
I'm snacking on broccoli right now. I'm trying, dammit! :wink:
In the past monthish I've gotten really bad in my diet. I drink soda. I don't count calories. I'm going to try to cut soda out and start counting calories again.
I updated the op with this weeks challenge, i pick that area because i have a flat ass.. well not so much flat as it is just non existent. especially if i take a profile picture, its like hello b**bs and itty bitty sitting space. :lol::oops:

This has always been my diet. Lol. It got worse with pregnancy and if I can get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, I can go back to eating like this. :lol:
i heard, from a meany girl :x that my eating carrots as a snack doesnt help at all because carrots need fat to cling to?

im going to do it everyday, but its up to what you think you can do..
i might depending on how much it works me out do it twice a day.
