I have failed so much this week. It is pathetic, I am so disappointed in myself.

I still need to find a good time to do the shred every day. I might have to wake up at 6am so I can get it in

I'd need to set my alarm to wake up that early, which probably isn't a good idea since I've been forced into a cosleeping arrangement by a demanding 14 month old who also hogs the bed.

Oh and if anyone wanted a good after workout snack, I've found these are really great, one bar fills you right up and they taste amazing! This coming from someone who hates granola

My daughter cosleeps half the night with us. She surprisingly sleeps through the alarms in the morning.

What are you dipping the strawberries in?

So I am not sure if I made the wrong choice, my kids wanted pancakes for dinner. I made them and I can't eat pancakes without a sweet topping. I figures syrup is way too high in calories. Instead I chopped up 1 1/2 cups of strawberries (1/2 cup per person) and mixed it with 1 tablespoon of sugar. I let it sit and create the amazing liquid mascerated strawberries make. was it as bad as syrup?
