I acquired a treadmill!



And i am going out to buy a hr calorie counter today.. so my goal it to burn 1000 calories a day, and i will hit htat goal, plus moar!

i plan to wake up and run on it for 30-40, then walk on it during my shows, which will be about 2-3 hours, a little broken up... and ill see where im at after that.

Ok.... so I started again Monday! DH and I both this time. No smoking, no soda, clean eating, and working out. I want to die, but we're working really hard!

Oh, hai. So, I've completely fallen off the wagon for eating right/exercising. Mostly because I threw my knee out and I'm super discouraged! Starting back again today. What are some exercises I could do that wont severely damage my knee any further? :D
