My chicken wings... *Mary Moon* 1 child; New York 3601 posts

Came out ridiculously good in the deep fryer last night. I overcooked some just a tad being scared that I would undercook them. I googled it in the middle of frying them and read if they float they are done and lo and behold they were. I put hot boss sauce on them and they tasted exactly, I mean exactly like a pizza shops wings. My question is, how do I get a good breaded plain wing?

No. It was yum, then I added the sauce and it was like yum had an orgasm in my mouth.

For breaded wings I put egg in one bowl and flour and some spices in another then I dip them in the egg then the flour and drop them in. I do the same with chicken strips.

Ok. Million dollar question. How do you keep them from sticking to the basket?
