Mop the floor on your hands and knees.



The positioning helps open the hips up and puts pressure on the cervix to dilate it.

Sorry OP, that sucks. Go for a little walk after you're finished scrubbing the floor if you can get up. :P Try having sex? (Ok, you have three minutes and... go!)
