Since all it does is cause problems whenever I express how I feel, I am just going to hold it all in from now on. I am tired of arguing with my SO. We had the picture perfect relationship, never once argued until here recently. Now it seems like one of us is always mad at the other. Honestly, I'm not sure why I am posting this. All I know is PPD is a b***h!

Bottling emotions will only cause more problems, resentment and deeper issues. Trust me, I have struggled with that problem in the past.

It is hard early on. Don't bottle though, that is no good either. Maybe try writing it out.

Never arguing isn't "picture perfect" or possible forever.....a good relationship is good because it weathers the tough times, not because there aren't tough times. You will be okay momma. Having a baby is a huge adjustment for everyone involved. Just try to take deep breaths and remind yourself to be patient with yourself & with him. You'll find your new normal. It just takes a little time to see where the new pieces fit into that puzzle.

That's just going to make things worse. Instead, you should be getting the roper help for your ppd. And puck your battles. Before saying anything, ask yourself if its THAT big of a deal and worth an argument.

Maybe you could do a search for a PPD thread? Or see if any of your BG friends are willing to give you their phone number for when you need someone to talk to? I know I have a phone relationship with a BG mama. We dont talk everyday but I know I can call her when I need some advice, an outside opinion or just a listening ear..
