203 calories:/ 50 minutes of circuit, legs and abs...my abs are killing me!!



But I've already ate everything, including dinner...I'm only at almost 1100 calories! Ughhhhh, I'm not hungry.

Welp, I hit 1600 calories yesterday. LOL 1 hour 50 minute workout. 5.5 miles of cardio and weight training with arms and legs. 938 calories earned! After breaKfast and lunch I'm at 710 calories.

No updates really. Got home yesterday and starting phase 3 today. Well, I guess that IS an update, lol. Last phase begins, 5 weeks. Chest and back today which is all push ups and pull ups (I use heavy bands and pull down from the ceiling).
I ate bad this weekend so I'm bloated and gross. I've decided that due to this I'm going to cleanse this week once I get my shakeology and then do my phase 2 pics and measurements. Before I left I was 155.4 and now I'm sitting at 158. It's probably a lb of fat and the rest water bloat. Oh and AF showed on Friday so that doesn't help either. :D
Did Core Syn on Thursday, no work out Friday with all the driving, then did Combat HIIT2 with friends in CT on Saturday. Nothing yesterday again with the driving.

I would say YES, that is an update! That takes a lot of hard work and effort, I can't wait to see those pictures!

Julia-since you asked the other day...
I still have the other tests but my sleep study results were
RLS( I knew)
and Unspecified Sleep Apnea.. another big question mark...what that means is
"The cause of the sleep problem appears to be a breathing disturbance. But for some reason does not fit neatly in one of the other categories of Apnea. It may share some of the signs of more than one disorder, more tests will have to be ran."

You just can't be "normal"in any way, can you?? lol Well that sucks; must be incredibly hard not having answers. And not just to one thing, but to a LOT of things. :(



I,on the other hand, got some today. It's my thyroid. They can't find a nodule still despite an ultrasound and CT, but it's moot--the doc said sometimes they can be incredibly small. But it's papillary carcinoma, thyroidectomy and neck dissection (removal of nearby lymph nodes) scheduled for the 20th. 3-5 day hospital stay, some iodine thereafter and good to go!

Ate way better today
Breakfast:
Gala apple
1 piece arnolds 12 grain bread
1 whole egg, 1 egg just whites
Turkey bacon x 4
1 oz cheese



Lunch: not accomplished



Dinner:
Italian marinated chicken 4oz
Salad with baby spinach, green leafy lettuce, romaine, shredded carrots, cucumber and italian dressing with cheddar cheese on top (about an oz or half). Side of baby carrots boiled, no salt or butter.



Water intake: 50 oz so far
Snack: 30 almonds split between two times. Whey protein shake with unsweetened almond vanilla milk

Yesterday I did not work out. Went to bed at 645 and got up at 615 this morning, I felt terrible. Long cardio and weight training session tonight and since tomorrow is my planned rest day(I am short for time) I will do a weight session.

I don't even remember what I ate yesterday. Today however,
Breakfast
Bagel Thin, Peanut Butter and a Banana and a handful of blueberries
Lunch
Turkey burger with low fat cheddar cheese, Yogurt and Crackers.
Dinner


I'm still not feeling great.
