Day 58 of p90x done! 640 calories burned doing plyometrics.
Breakfast:
Kiwis
2 egg whites with salsa
2 turkey sausage links
1/2 cup cooked old fashioned oatmeal with tsp of sugar



Lunch:
1 piece Arnold's 12 grain bread
2oz Tuna with 1 tbsp or less of mayo, pepper, onion powder and celery seed
1 cup carrot sticks
1 slice cucumber (got full, lol)



Dinner:
Tilapia with lemon, garlic powder, pepper and sea salt baked
1 cup asparagus roasted with olive oil, sea salt and pepper
1 cup cauliflower cooked the same ^



Snack:
1 mandarin orange
Whey protein shake with unsweetened vanilla almond milk



Cheat food :(
1/2 stick cheesy bread and 1 1/2" slice bacon cheese pizza :(

I didn't really see any other fat to speak of in your day except maybe the turkey sausage links and the mayo if it was real mayo, so I actually don't think your cheat was all that bad. Consider it an investment!

Lol. I know. Just being honest. It's real bad for me because I'm trying to eat really healthy with the program. Gonna have slips though.

Almost 40 with weights, abs and legs

It was a great day if you minus the pizza and cheese bread.
I can't believe I'm in phase 3 either. It's gonna be weird when the day comes that we don't pop in p90x lol. If we don't do pump/insanity we'll do combat.

Oh I have no intentions of stopping now, love, lol. It's just a habit now, like showering or eating lunch. Something that's just part of my daily activity. I'm probably planning too far ahead if anything. Chris is sending pump out today so we'll definitely be doing pump/insanity hybrid next. Then maybe body beast or combat after (or a hybrid). We'll probably do p90x again at some point this year. Maybe towards the end of summer and finish off with X2

Yea.



And that's good or 45 min of weights. I had weights today and burned 600 something but that was 90mins including ab ripper
