I completely agree!! I heard a saying recently and it is totally true....if you don't/"cant" make time for heating healthy now, you will HAVE to make time for being sick when older.



Even with cutting up veggies put in 1 hour a week on the days off to chop. Or if that's too time consuming go to a grocery store, like Sobeys and they have pre cut everything there.

No working out tonight, hope I don't have a concussion.LOL I hit my head:( Tomorrow back at it, 60 days pics on the 14th!! I'm not sure I see a difference from 30 days, others say they do though.

I hate to say this and don't think I'm giving up but I hate running. I LOVE working out and I don't mind cardio but when I know I have to be at certain running goals and I'm getting short of time, it is sucking all the fun out of it and all the motivation. I want to workout for health and fitness and not for this damn marathon, I do not want to do it! It put me in the habit, I can admit that but I have that motivation on my own and now it is taken it all out of me. I just want to workout not freaking compete!
