with no other symptoms? he spiked a fever earlier out of nowhere of 103.2 and was just really tired, slept it off, got up, was acting fine and now the fever is back at 100 so im giving him more motrin to hopefully fix it before it gets as bad as earlier. he says nothing hurts, so im not sure what could be wrong with him that would cause this random fever

That's how Rayne was this weekend. I kept him home from school on Friday because he had a low grade fever still from the night before. And then he was fine Saturday and then it spiked again Sunday. He had off for the holiday today, but his nose has been running like a leaky faucet since Sunday and he barely ate anything today. If he's not showing improvements by morning, he's staying home again.

he did say his throat hurt this morning when he first woke up but was better within the hour. but other than that nothing. no headache, chest doesnt hurt, throat doesnt hurt, no other random pain. he was just tired earlier from waking up early. its like if i had something else to go by i could help other than just giving him motrin and tylenol to deal with the fever

Virus's in general do it. Keep him hydrated and it will help keep the fevers down/ at bay.

cameron usually isnt the normal sick kid.. usually he will run fevers but act totally normal. i figured he would be tired since he woke up earlier than usual but it was still weird to see him actually be tired and want to take a nap
