I was very lathargic this weekend, and didnt workout, but I did alot of walking with the family. Im getting back into my workout today at naptime. Trying to push myself for my 5yr wedding anniversary in June, hubby mentioned plans he wanted us to do, and I really wanna look good and feel confident.

So when I weighed myself last night, I was 191. Only 2 pounds from my first goal. I need to figure out a workout that will work for me. I was going to start 30 day shred, but I'm not sure if my knee can handle it yet.



Anyone know of any good knee strengthening exercises? Also, any back strengthening ones? Those are my major problems. :?

I skipped the gym yesterday, and drank two glasses of wine (400) extra calories!!! Ahhh!! I'm down two lbs, but I'm unsure if its like water weight or real weight. Back to the gym this afternoon for me. We can do it ladies!!!

Doing a lot better today. Worked my butt off this afternoon and ate much better today. The kids went to spend the day with their Mimi, and I worked out, went up to the school and finished cleaning some things, now pretty much being lazy until the get home.

I've done.....ok.
Still not able to do much of any exercise. Haven't lost anymore weight yet...but that's ok.
I may try to get some kind of exercise in tonight. We have a pretty bad storm coming our way so our TV and Internet are already starting to act up. :x Which means down time for me. Hopefully our electric doesn't go out....gah.



I can't even watch our local channel right now to find out our weather because it keeps messing up....so frustrating. That's what we get for living out in the country. lol Oh well, wouldn't change it for the world.

Were getting discharged tonight from the hospital so mfp starts tomorrow. I'm excited to do it again but this pain is the pits so I definitely am not working out anytime soon haha

I started working out today....I did the Biggest Loser Bootcamp video...holy cow. I felt like I was going to puke the whole time. lol But I feel good.
Haven't lost anymore weight yet, but that's ok. :)



How is everyone else doing?!

Hey the better u feel the more weight you'll lose in the long run. It takes time. You're doing great!!

I'm ecstatic!!! I went to the dr for an incision check today and I'm one lb under my prepreg weight!!! I never expected that at all!! I can believe it. Now I just have to stay on top of it. My last preg I lose a lot after I had her and then got on bc and just started gaining it all back after that :( I dont want that to happen this time. So I'm gonna work a lot harder this time. I wish I could work out. But for now I'll just have to stay on top of my eating habits.

I havent been doing to well lately, my workout schedule has been slim, i just havent had much energy.
