I need to loose at least 28 pounds but I drink about 3 -4 cups of tea a day . does tea have a lot of calories in ? I have milk ( don't know how much instilling looks right lol ) and 2 teaspoons of sugar ! should I leave the tea and just stick to water ? TIA
You can keep the tea, just cut the sugar or at least reduce it.

Cut the sugar - you could use a natural sweetener made from stevia - and don't use whole fat milk.
Also, the longer you steep your tea, the more of the antioxidants you get.
I will have to try and cut the sugar but sweetener never tastes right to me :/ I always use semi skimmed milk Dont really like full fat milk lol well thanks mummas at least I can keep my tea yaay lol
