I hope this picture helps everyone understand that you can add or remove charms or plates whenever you want. This is how the locket opens and closes. You stick your thumb nail between the opening area and lift up. To close it you just gently shut it. The magnet(s) hold it in place :)

Hey hun im trying to order but it says its decline, does it only accept american express? It wont let me change that option and i think that is why its not going through.

I just checked my back office and it's not showing an order. We should take american express.

Oh no! :( Did you press submit twice? If so that could be why it did that. Give me just a second and I will get you the number to customer service. Call them in the AM and they can help you fix the mistake. Sorry that happened.

It said american express but my debit card is a visa. It wouldn't let me change it lol

no worries it was my fault. The first time i submit my order it said it was declined so I re-enter the information and I submit again and it said declined. Then I just check my bank account and two transactions were made. I checked again and their was a "reversal" on one.

I just thought it was kind of funny. I was waiting for a confirmation number but did not get one. I guess that's what confused me a bit.

That's so odd! :( Did it give you your order number because I don't see anything in my back office. So I would say you are clear and your orders didn't go in but you said you see the charge already? Here is the number 1-888-491-0331 (you press 1 for customer care make sure to have your order number on hand when you call) you can call in the morning and they can help you correct the order that was placed twice. There could have been a possible glitch in the system at the time or if you pushed submit more then once it could have charged you twice.

Did you get an e-mail? If you didn't get an e-mail, order number and I don't see an order in my back office I don't think it went through but I would call the number I gave you in the morning. They will be able to figure out what went wrong and then give you your order number :) I'm sorry that happened.
