Lately I've been working out & eating better. Well not sit ups and the gym, I've been playing DDR workout and counting my calories. Weird but it works.

After I had him.

Just counting calories, and diet soda. And DDR for about an hour, then relax then again for another hour. I burned atleast 300 calories today.

I am terrible at counting calories..lol I have to learn but I have sometime. I dont drink very much soda at all (maybe one or two every couple of weeks). I can do DDR for an hour at a time. I think that would be fun too because my 2 yr old will want to do it with me and it will motivate me.

I did wii fit a little after her but its complicated with the board and she wont really be able to do it too. The boards are expensive so we only have the one. I think I will like DDR better. And my DH just agreed to get it for me in a couple of months so I already have it when this little guy gets here.
