If you go to the gym, what do you do for your cardio and core workout? How long are these workouts for you? I am trying to lose weight all over as well as tone just in case anyone was wondering what I am trying to achieve.

I really enjoy running personally. If I'm hurting I do a recumbent bike workout. Also, for fun, I enjoy my mini trampoline and hula hooping, haha.
I've eased off strength so I can't help too much with that.
I love running, I'm on the treadmill for 30-40 mins. For core I usually use an exercise ball
