I've been pro-choice since I can remember. Having kids has made me even more so.

Quoting Barfy McVomitron:" would I get an abortion? no. do I agree with it? no. however, I'm pro choice because of the flipside ... [snip!] ... give me a lot of shit for having four and wanting more. it's my uterus,my choice! if I want to have 50 babies, that's my choice"

I was pro-life in high school and my first year of college. Then I realized that my views were completely hypocritical and that I was infact pro-choice. Pregnancy and parenthood have only reaffirmed my pro-choice stance. Even though my daughter was planned and very wanted, being pregnant was hard and being a parent is much, much harder. I recognize that it's definitely not for everyone. Not my place to make decisions regarding someone else's uterus.

Every pregnancy has changed my view.

I didn't know abortion was a thing before my first pregnancy, but it would have horrified me. But after I had one, I became VERY pro-choice. That was strengthened with my daughter.

Now I believe life begins at conception, but that life is not equivalent to a newborn baby and it's right to exist doesn't trump the mother's desires.

I din't even think about my stance on Abortion until after I was married. Having kids didn't change my pro-choice view nor did it change my personal feelings on abortion for myself. I still would only get abortion in rape and medical cases. .

It changed for me quite a bit. Before i was pregnant with DS 1, i was very pro-choice. I still am, only because I cant tell other people what to do with their bodies. I do, however, think abortion is wrong.

Having a baby didn't really change my perspective, not technically but sort of.

Getting pregnant made me get on this website, and BG made me change my views by giving me more information on the subject. So having a baby kind of changed my views because if not for the pregnancy I wouldn't be on bg and I would probably still be pro-life.
