What is your largest meal of the day and when do you workout?
Breakfast. I work out about an hour after I eat it.
Dinner and I work out right before I cook and eat it
Dinner is my largest meal, but I'm slowly trying to change that to breakfast. I start work at 7:30am during the week so I hardly have time to eat a breakfast at all during the week...
I workout in the morning on the weekends & the night on the weekdays.
Thanks ladies. I too workout in the PM during the week and the AM on weekends. Just trying to figure out my hunger clock.
i "think" ur biggest meal should be lunch i can not remember where i was told this but i deff know its not dinner.
Ours is dinner despite the whole breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, dinner like a pauper saying. DH PTs in the afternoons shortly before dinner because that's his current mandatory schedule. I walk in the mornings but thats it :oops:
my largest meal is dinner. it's pretty uch my only meal throughout the day. i don't care for breakfast most days, and i don't eat lunch.
i'm pretty sure your biggest meal is suppose to be breakfast though.
My largest meal is dinner. I usually just have a smoothie and an english muffin for breakfast and a meal replacement or protein bar for lunch.
During the week, I work out in the late afternoon/early evening (before dinner).
On the weekends, I work out in the morning.
Breakfast because I work out in the morning.
