I know the actual mucus plug can rebuild or whatever. I've lost mine at 30 weeks and again at 33 weeks, but I went to the bathroom and it had blood in it. Should I give my ob a ring or go to the er or is this normal?

Yes, it's only advised not to bathe if your water has broken. Soak away momma! :)
