Exactly, i mean sure here and there you are going to indulge in something not so healthy but thats LIFE you cant be perfect but you can at least try to do the right thing!!!

Yea :( So this is gonna be our year for changes! Seriously my brother lives off of junk and soda because my mom LETS him. She buys that stuff for him. My dad wants to eat healthier and get healthier. He has already started last week replacing the soda he drinks for water. :)

/shrug by all means, go out of your way to do out then. But it's a superficial change. Should anything happen and you move or can't prepare his meals any more, he's going to revert right back to his current eating habits if he doesn't learn to make the lifestyle choices himself.

ROFL I love you! :) We were really hoping the meds would at least help his BP some but since they aren't we gotta figure something out. He wants to loose 60 lbs in the next 18 months. 0__0

If it was my dad you bet your ass if his wife wasnt doing i would be.
I would like my father to watch my children grow up, not die because he eats like shit because he is so damn tired that its not an option to cook.

Your mom sounds like a b***h, sorry. I however am happy that your dad at least has you, who seems like a good daughter.

no he won't. Once he has time to sit and cook his own meals (which he does on Sundays and they are healthy and amazing) I won't have to do it anymore. Oh and btw I don't live with him so yea. Like I said working 70 hrs + a week it is easier to grab something and heat it up than it is to cook something. I mean he runs his own business does most of everything on his own for his business. He doesn't have the time to say heyyy I'm gonna go to the store at 8:30 (right before they close) and get this and this and this since I'm finally done with the portion of work I have to do at home.

Okay you know what.. Seriously. I've had enough of your pompous arrogant shit for attitude. You want to come down on someone who is doing something kind and loving for her father? Yet you can't even keep your life together. You get knocked up by a guy on the first date, then you cry moan and b***h when he's wanting a paternity test. THEN when he skips out on you you're surprised. You act like you're so much better than everyone else but in reality you're just a clueless person who clearly has no idea what it means to be selfless or even have enough caring emotion to maintain a good healthy relationship. Oh and just so you know, your story you told about how he "tricked" you into getting pregnant? Yeah those of us who you told and bragged about it to, remember that it was a drunk "f**k up" seriously. Piss. The. f**k. OFF!

Good for him! I'm proud of him wanting to change. I hope that with your help he can stick to it.
