How do you ease yours?

I've taken 2 panadol and 1 neurofen about 45mins ago..

My head is still pounding and im so desperate for some relief, im beginning to feel nauseas from it.

Its bordering on a migrane and is getting worse - it hurts worse when i move my head even slightly.

Im heading to bed soon, if anyone has tips/tricks to ease them please let me know!

I take 2 tylenol, drink a coke & lay in a pitch black room while massaging my temples until I fall asleep. Its usually gone when I wake up

Usually coke/energy drink helps mine too, but i drank my last one this morning.

If DS wasnt asleep i'd totally go and get one from the petrol station.. i think i need sleep, but i can't fall asleep while feeling like this.

Do you think a strong coffee would work?!

I dont drink coffee, but i have some in the pantry for visitors... i'll drink it if it means this will go away.

Sure, caffiene helps with the migranes,

Do u have tylenol, and asprin?? That's all. Excedrin is, well plus the caffiene...
