So I'm on day 6 tomorrow I will have been doing it a week. It's getting easier I must say and I'm really starting to enjoy and look forward to the work out. I was nervous yesterday about doing a 55 min one but I did the whole thing without stopping once. I'm really surprising myself. I'm not following the nutrition guide but I'm on ww and eating really healthy, lots of fruit and veg. I weigh in my first week tomorrow so ill just post here with the results of that. I'm going to weight till I do the first 4 weeks before I post before and after pics but I feel a slight difference.
it's a great workout, a lot of fun and I love the end of the classes when we are cooling down as chalene says some deep and meaningful things like keep pushing yourself, you can do it and your closer than you think.. I just love her..

I started off wearing a size 12..now I'm in my 10s and I can take them off without unbuttoning them which is nice! Lol. The scale isn't changing much, but probably of the muscle. And I'm starting to see definition in my arms and legs and back, which is such a great feeling! I need to start doing more for my stomach though. I think I am going to be adding in ab ripper x from p90x. Also we just recently started doing the leg/floor workout from Brazil Butt Lift after our core workouts to help more with our legs and butt!
I love that bbl floor one I didn't even realise I had muscles in these areas lol. Good idea. I may steal ;)

Oh I know right! That is why we added it..that way it is targeting the areas that are "left out". And it doesn't take too long when you do it after the core workout!

TF is what sparked my fitness frenzy! I have my before and after pics on my profile. I lost 38 lbs in the 90 days. Keep with it. It's worth it!
