Not really. She is in a speical needs school & gets therapy.

They have issues with her at school too. This is not just a "at home" thing.

I've tried different foods & such but she is a very picky eater. If something is new, she won't try it.

All she wants is pepperoni pizza, corn dogs, or chicken nuggets & corn.
If anything is put on her plate different she will not eat anything.

My son is very similar with that. You can try GABA, it's an ammino acid, we get it in a powder I add to milk, but you can get liquid or chewables too. It helps to keep them calm, works wonders with my son.

yeah I was too... I watched my brother struggle through it when we were kids and never wanted that for my son. once I finally agreed to it, hubby was against it. but his teachers noticed tremendous results, so we stuck with it. when he is off (if he is out of meds, or we are taking a break) I am getting a call from his teacher within the first hour of the day.. they can tell... your daughter is still very young though, I'd be scared to medicate as well

I'd say about 6 months. Nothing has changed we haven't moved, lifestyle hasn't changed, nothing.

I have been rewarding her for her good behavior, then once she gets the reward it's like instant bad again.

She understands when she is doing good, we have talked about putting her in dance classes of her behavior changes for the good.

When she is being good she says dance classes then goes right to being bad again, I remind her of dance classes for being good.

She will behave for a little while then back to the bad behavior.

I'm not sure what her diet is. But take out all sugary foods, all food dies, dairy, and gluten/grains. In many kids with ADHD/ADD this diet will make it drastically better without medication. Dairy is a huge thing, in many children's/adults brains who are hyperactive ADHD actually works much like an opiate would. I know it's a huge adjustment for the whole family but it's worth it.

And also. My son was like this also. We took them away well I now make coconut flour chicken nuggets. But he was not as bad as your child but most likely would.could be labeled adhd/add given his behavior. He is extremely focused now. (he just turned 4) The dairy/grain and gluten made a huge difference in behavior. It sucked for about 3-4 days but once he realized we weren't given in he was fine. We got organic all natural ketchup (no crap like fructose corn syrup) and had to do rotessori/grilled chicken for the first couple days. He will now for the most part eat whatever we make or at least try it. But the difference in behavior is astonishing.

I work with children that have very high behavioural needs and severe Adhd often we have 30 in at a time, I find that having a strict routine works well and also music, so guitar, piano something like that that they can chanel their hyperactivity and anger into really really helps aswell as a having a room where there is maybe just a bean bag or big cushion that they can go into and chill out quietly without anyone disurbing them and telling them that this is your room and if you find you are going to "lose it" or need to get away from whatever may be pissing you off then you can go here.
