so we are getting a second vehicle and are going to get new carseat so we have one in each car for the kids. my daughter will be 3 in april and i was looking at the booster seats online. she curently has the high back booster seat with the harness. i found one that has no harness or back and it says for 30 to 100lbs and 34 to 57in she is over the 30lbs and over the 34in. would you guys think it would be safe to put her in since she meets the hight and weight? there is no age limit on it that i see all i see if the height and weight

if you wanted too you can. I just bought one that used the harness up to 85 lbs because I can't imagine just having her in a seat belt

I thought it was 4 years and 40 lbs to be in a booster of any kind.

Why would you even want to put your child's life in danger like that?

Booster seats are 4 and 40. The backless booster are for at least 6 years old.

most of the ones i have seen say 40lbs but this one says 30 lol i just found the same seat on another site and on this site it has an age and it says 4 to 10 years 30 to 100lbs and 34 to 57in. i thought it was alittle odd that it said 30lbs too. we will probley just get another one like what we already have with the high back and harness

Indiana sucks. All ours says is that a child under 8 has to be in a booster

it was just a question ok i have never delt with a booster seat so i didnt know and i was already planning on getting one like we already have anyway. so you really have no right to just assume that i was going to put my childs life in danger. and plus like i just said this carseat says for 4 years old so i will not be getting it. i didnt see an age on the first site but i then found the age

Are you allowed to use a high back booster with a 5 point harness before they're 4 years old? LO is almost out grown his convertible seat in DH's truck and I hate to buy a new one in there since it barely gets used. It's almost impossible to take mine in and out of my car because I have a mini cooper.

We did. My son grew out of his convertible and the straps were almost 2 inches below his shoulder on the highest setting. I would ask your local pd or pedi
