Im on weight watchers and doing turbo fire. I done amazing this week eating wise and workouts. I though at weigh in i was going to do great. Then i lost nothing :( whats wrong with my body. This happened to me when i did 30ds and ww i lost nothing.
Im a scale addict so it will be hard to not bother about what thay say.

Are you close to ovulating or your period? That can cause a plateau because of water weight. I just experienced this last week. No weight loss, then two days after ovulation I lost 2lb overnight.

You might be gaining muscle, which is why the scale wont move. Take a before and after photo though, you'll definitely see a difference.

how long have you been doing it? It takes time. I would go by inches, not the scale.

My advice, don't pay attention to the scale. Pay attention to your measurements and also to how your clothes are fitting and how you are feeling. I say keep with Turbo Fire and eating healthy
