How do you make yours? I always see it at whole foods, but have never thought to try it.

Quinoa, pilaf, millet. Millet cakes are so good, you can put veggies inside. Great side dish. Risotto is good too.

1 cup quinoa to 2 cups veggie broth mmmm



You can add Parmesan cheese or I like little cubes of cucumber, feta and Italian dressing with kalamata olives.
