i am getting a repeat c-section and was wondering when the doctor starts making appts for c-section
i have medical problems wich makes it where i have to
I have to have them too.my second one was planned two months before. My due date
<blockquote><b>Quoting LeTs*StArT*a*RiOt!:</b>" My SIL had her C-Section date at around 4 months. Have you considered trying for a VBAC? You don't necessarily have to have another surgery. "</blockquote>
I think woman know what options they have now days lol
My 1st scheduled c-section, I knew the date 3 or 4 months in advance. With my 2nd scheduled c-section, the policy was to set the date 8 weeks before the date.
<blockquote><b>Quoting LeTs*StArT*a*RiOt!:</b>" Eh not always, my friend had no idea until she asked me about it. I felt bad for her, and in the area we're in, few doctors will even suggest VBAC. I know of only one office that will do it. "</blockquote>
Because there is alot of risk. I had and emergency csection and my OB said I could try for VBAC wigh my LO (whos now 1) but if I'm in the middle of labor and have to go in for another csection I'm at a higher risk of infection, it's a lot on not only the mother but the doctor and the hospital itself, sometimes it's not worth it so a lot of doctors won't even bring if up
