How much do you get paid hourly? Thanks

9.50-12.00 an hour.

It all depends if you work in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, etc.

It depends where it's at. I don't use mine, but around here nursing homes are about $9-10 an hour and hospitals are around $10-12 an hour. It also depends what days and what shift you work. Nights and weekends generally pay more.

Up to 14 or so... Once you get experience you can work for an agency and make even more.

I work at a state facility, so we get between $11-12/hr (depending on time & shift differential). It's the highest paid CNA job in the area, so people really try to get on here.

When I worked hospice I was getting $10.50 an hour straight out of school (after I passed my state test) my mom worked in a hospital as a tech (same thing as a CNA) and was making $10.75 but got more cuz she worked nights, and often weekends and holidays.

It's true. I just went to Calgary and cried the whole flight home. I can't imagine how I would be traveling to cooler parts.
