How long did it take you to loose the weight? *D & S's Momma * 2 kids; 2 angel babies; Winter Haven, Florida 1853 posts

I had my daughter 3 months ago, gained 15 pounds while pregnant and now i'm down 25 pounds since I had her. Im on a diet and hoping that I continue to keep up this pace, but just wondering for any of you out there that started a diet regimen after having a child was it harder after a certain point to finish your goal? I have a goal to loose another 25 because i'm overweight and i'm just hoping that I don't hit a brick wall.

The last bit will be the hardest to lose. Don't get discouraged and keep up the good work!

Thank you, I see the biggest loser and how they drop weight like no tomorrow then hit that wall and drop maybe a pound here or there, and my diet and workout routine is not even close to the level of that lol

That's just kinda how it works! You'll lose it all though, with time and discipline! Good for you for losing 25 already!

I ballooned after having my boys, started actively losing weight in about April of last year.

I still have around 20lbs to go, but I've dropped about 80lbs so I'm working on it!
