Eat only to satisfy your hunger, not to feel full.
Take smal bites, chew thoroughly!
Set your fork down inbetween bites, take your time.
The feeling if satisfaction while eating is delayed, if you take your time to eat you will be surprised to see how little food can make you feel satisfied.
6 meals a day, eat when you are legitimately hungry.
Don't deprive yourself, if you feel hungry eat something healthy.
Treat yourself every so often.
