I think Resolve carpet cleaner would disinfect and everything but I'm not totally sure.

Let baking soda soak up the wetness, vacuum, clean with vinegar.

When I had dogs I used to steam clean the spot with our steam clean vacuum. But instead of soap in the reservoir I would do a 50/50 solution of hot water and vinegar.
If you don't have one of those you could put vinegar and water over the urine spot. The vinegar will help with removing the smell of the urine.

Resolve is notorious for clogging the internal filter on bagless vacuums. It works amazingly well, especially their dog stain/odor one, but it causes problems with suction later on.

How much are you willing to spend and would you rather order it online or just pick it up in person? I used to use a brand called Paw Earth, it was all natural with coconut oil and palm oil but it's gone up in price over the last two years (how longs its been since I've had a dog). I believe its strictly online only ordering, but maybe some smaller dog boutiques might carry it in store.

Or you can just go into your local petco/petsmart and look for the hypoallergenic sensitive shampoo they carry on hand. Its usually about five to seven bucks depending on where you go.
