Do you have a serious discussion with him about why his behavior is inappropriate and list clear consequences for his behavior. Like if this happens again, you will loose (whatever item/items) etc....?
Don't tell him this when he's already lost control. Talk to him when he's calm, otherwise he won't hear a thing you say.

When did I ever say beat him?

Yes. Honestly. He'd be in his room all fucking day until he realized that is NOT okay. Hitting HS sister is NOT okay. Because what you're doing isn't shit, and isnt working

Well obviously he doesn't care if he keeps doing it. How long after getting any sort of punishment does he start acting out again?

A couple weeks ago my daughter and I got into a huge argument about cleaning her toy room, she threw a toy at me and told me she didn't want me to be her mommy anymore.

She sat in her room with books and nothing else until dinner, at dinner her dad and I talked to her about everything she did that was wrong and after dinner she went back into her room until bedtime.

Every couple days when we're driving around or relaxing she'll say to me "Remember that day I was really bad and I said I didn't want you to be my mom??"

She remembers and brings it up all the time, I'll be SHOCKED if she does it again.

Although I think that's something you have to do right away, the first time. Your son already knows he can get away with this because his punishment is over in like 25 minutes.

ETA: She asked me at dinner if she could play with me when she was done eating, and I said no I definitely did not want to play with someone who would act like that.

YOU need to be the parent and tell HIM. Have him repeat it after.

My daughter knows what she does wrong to, but when her ass goes in time out I tell her what she did, even though she already knows and she tells me after words.

Does he really? Does he express remorse for his behavior?

Yes also if he were to smack his sister and she crys right away he hugs her and says sorry I didn't mean to so I don't know what's going on.

You need to get him some help, for real.

Doesn't that sound like a wife beater in the making? Like how many times have you heard stories like this from men who hit their wives?

I never once said I wasn't going to get him help that is the plan. I need to find a new doctor since mine has been no help.

You're right, I'm sorry. It's just so alarming. It's easy for me to sit over here and act like there's a quick fix.. do you think it's a doctor you need though? I'm not sure I would jump to the conclusion that it's a chemical imbalance or something and might try parenting classes instead.
