weight watchers is the best! If i wasn't snacking on fruit (zero points) I usually at 100 calorie packs or added some peanut butter to the fruit I was eating.

How is WW going for you?

Im only just starting back up. Last time I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks then stopped doing it. I have like 6 cookbooks that are great for regular meals but no good snacks.

They have a recipe for cauliflower poppers (zero points) which looks like fun. Otherwise, we snack on string cheese (not the weight watchers brand but one with essentially the same point value when you calculate the totals...its cheaper too and only one point a stick.) I've been eating a ton of oranges and tomatoes and cukes for some reason. Otherwise, my meals are pretty low point. I'm kind of in a rutt with them. Every morning three egg whites, and a low carb/high fiber tortilla, pinch of cheese, and coffee (2 points). Lunch is a boca burger on a wrap with onions, pickles, sprouts, cukes, tomatoes, and sprouts. Sometimes a dab of olive oil reduced fat mayo and mustard. that is only 3 points and uber filling. Dinner is a crap shoot for me. I'm a bit disappointed as I haven't lost any weight and I haven't a clue how to do my activity points.

ah yeah I havent been doing activity points, and even with me only exercising 3 days this week, and going off the diet for 3 days I still lost 3 pounds this week. So thats exciting. I have like 5 WW recipe books, plus I look things up on pinterest, skinnytaste.com etc.

My fav lunch this week was 3 turkey meatballs [frozen bag from walmart, 1/4c prego marinara sauce in 1/2 a whole wheat pita pocket. DELISH. It was 8 points, but had 20g protein and low cals only 240. I felt full until dinner. Ive been doing a lot of almonds, string cheese, and fruits/veggies.

My big issue is that I'm a vegetarian so it's hard not to get in a rut of only eating boca burgers etc. lol
