Miscarriage?? Cristin lea 1 child; Maryland 57 posts

My LMP was dec 29th for only 3 days. I got what I thought was my period on Saturday (2.2.13). On Sunday I woke up in so much pain and my nose was bleeding. I went to the bathroom and sat down to pee. As I wiped, there was this small, bean-sized white thing on the toilet paper. At first, I thought it was a piece of my tampon string but as I looked closer it looked like a 5 week old fetus. The only way I know what it looks like is because when I was pregnant with my daughter they showed me these little dolls that resembled what your baby looked like every week. I showed it to my doctor and she didn't look at it closely but said it was too small to realize if it was or not. When I looked at it, I saw the head, a faint spine, the feet (or the tail), and small little wings where the arms will be. The doctor also said that my pee test was negative. I don't understand, I had sore b**bs last week, morning sickness, and now I get my "period" and a fetus looking thing comes out? I would like to get some advice from someone who might've been in this situation before or knows more about this.

It was probably just a clot if your pee test came up negative.

A creamy white clot? That looks like a fetus?

A 5 week fetus is the size of a small seed. It's highly unlikely that anything would be distinguishable or noticeable at that early. It was probably a toilet paper booger that got rolled up inside you or something.

Like the other person stated it was probably toilet paper. If your blood test came up negative you weren't pregnant.

Either way, at 5 weeks you would need a magnifying glass to tell whether its a fetus or not. And if it was just white n not bloody, no. It wasn't a fetus. I wouldn't think so. It may have been but probably wasn't.

But if it was bean-sized, it wasn't a 5 week old fetus. You should be happy. I know it's scary but honestly it was probably either your own clumpy cervical mucous or a piece of maverick rolled up toilet paper.

Of course it was bloody, but it was a white color with blood on it..

If you were actually having a miscarriage there would be a lot more blood. Trust me.

Err, why did you make a new thread asking the same exact thing? I'm pretty sure the answers aren't going to change...
