Well it's more like eating more healthy :) I've been eating a lot more healthy for the past three weeks and lost 8 pounds already. Also by adding a gym four times a week.. But I need a little help on what to do to completely cut everything out.. I live with my mom and her boyfriend and they are constantly eating out and bringing home junk food I always advise them not to.. I always shop at trader joes and Ralph's to ensure that I'm getting the best poultry, fruits and veggies but they aren't helping how do I tell them to stop??? That's is my only weakness... Also any ideas what to make for breakfast? I just started school and I have idea what to make that is quick and healthy

Well you really have to find the discipline in yourself when you live with others. My So is always bringing crap here and always asks me if I want some. I always so no and ask why he's trying to push empty calories on me.

For quick healthy lunches u could put PB2 on a rice cake. Take a salad. Make fruit salad. Veggies and dip. I drink Visalus shakes. SO always takes them for breakfast on the go.

I do I try it's just a little tough I always tell them but it doesn't work. Yeah I'm going to try that also but lunch is under control it's just I know breakfast is the most important part of eating and I didn't eat anything this morning and I felt like crap all day.

Yes definitely eat a good breakfast. Like I said we like the Visalus shakes. They're easy on the go. You can make some breakfast burritos and freeze them. Then just reheat them before u go out the door.
