What a snarky, bitchy remark.

I wasn't worried, I just made a simple statement letting you know that I had already agreed.

My ds had a problem with not enough skin removed which lead to him having adhesions and having re-done. The problem is they don't take off much as they used to and that causes infections. It also depends on the type method they use. At this point I'm not sure if I would have my next son circumcised.

Actually, as far as I am aware, traditional Jewish circ's do not retract the foreskin and only cut the tip of the foreskin. typical medical circ's forcibly retract the foreskin and remove way more. The forced retraction of the foreskin is what causes the issues.

Here in the UK it is very rare for people to elect a circumcision for their sons. Here it is usually only done if there is a medical need or if it is a religious preference. So the circumcision rates are really low, 2% of boys have it done at birth.
So here I am living in a country where 98% of men are intact and guess what?????????
They are fine. The penises of Britian are not infected and green and falling off.
The men here are not in agony with their wizzened, mouldy penises. they are functioning normally.
They are not riddled with cancer, AIDS or any other disease that the internet would have you believe they are more likely to get if heaven forebid they are not circumcised!
I am not going to say that circumcision is evil because it is a personal choice. I am obviously against it but that is because it is not the norm here. I am sure if I lived somewhere where it was the norm I may feel differently. So I am not posting here to insist you don't circumcise your sons... I am simply posting to insist that people stop believing BS on websites when the proof, the real proof is right here, all around me in the country I live in where I have only ever heard of 2 guys that needed to be circumcised later in life. 2... out of the hundreds of guys/boys I have known in my 33 years. It is very very rare for there to be later issues.

This is to the people in the US who believe foreskins are really bad. Ask yourself this.
How come the vast majority of men in other countries, where circumcision rates are very low, have no problems with their foreskin yet a lot of intact american boys/men are reported to be infected and full of issues? Ever think it was not the foreskin that is the issue but rather the incorrect way in which they are taught to care for their intact p***s? Just saying.... because the rest of the world seems to cope just fine.

You're wasting your fingers typing this, I have said exactly what you have in every single Circumcision post I've ever seen on here and the pro-circ's NEVER even reply. Not once has that very statement you just made, I have made many times and many other UK/Australian/etc users have ever been acknowledged, it's like they absolutely can't handle the truth of it
and don't have an answer for it so they just blank it and ramble on about some other crap.

I haven't read the whole thread, or nearly the whole thread.

I believe circumcision should be a personal choice. Personal choices are made by the person in question, meaning the boy who will eventually be a man who can make his own choice in the matter.

I usually don't wade into circ debates because it truly is like banging my head against a brick wall. You're so right. I only waded into this one because there was one particular girl in here spreading such BS that I was worried OP would believe that crap. I really don't care what people I have never met do with their son's foreskins, I just hope they make the decision based on real facts and not absolute fiction.
I'd have more respect for some parents who said they chose to circ their son because it's just what they prefer rather than if they said it was because foreskins will lead to AIDS.

I don't think so because if that was the case some of the glans would be covered when not erect.

Quoting Kayla [:)]♥:" ... what?"

I was just saying that Jews probably do a full circumcision.

Quoting Kayla [:)]♥:" No they didn't. Milah, removing the tip of the foreskin, was practiced for the longest time. People ... [snip!] ... foreskin (called periah) so people could not hide, so to speak. You should really google things before you come into D&D."

I was right then they do a full circumcision and take off all the foreskin.
