I'm sorry for your loss Its still a pregnancy, just a short one, I have had two chems and i count them, If you lose before 5 weeks its termed a chemical pregnancy I think because it is lostbefore there was a HB, its in no way any less upsetting or sad and you should not be made to feel like you should get over it any quicker, If you need a chat Please PM me, x*x

I had 2 chemical pregnancies and I counted them as a miscarriage. There was conception just not enough to really raise your hcg level to a viable pregnancy.

I think it's a very early miscarriage. Maybe not considered mc by some because they haven't heard a heartbeat and the blessings usually just like a heavy period. You could call it a mc, technically it's an early one, but I think chemical pregnancy just helps to clarify that you weren't far along when it occurred and there was no need for medical intervention ( in MOST cases)
