Mucus Plug? ♥BakedACake♥ 2 kids; Hillsboro, Missouri 2961 posts

I remember what mine looked like last time sorta (but I've also forgotten) even though its been over a year since I had my PTL but today, I went to the bathroom and I had a clear stringy mucus (about a little smaller than a dime amount) in my underwear. It was the only time today I've seen it.

Could that be part of it?

Yes, that could be it.

Sounds exactly what I experienced a few days ago. Sounds like your mucus plug or at least a part of it.

[snip!] ... it will grow back and I could keep losing it like I did last time, but it just makes me fret going through PTL all over again."</blockquote>

It could mean nothing. If it will make you feel better, call your doctor and let him know. I had my DD at 36 weeks out of nowhere(I know it's later gestation than what you went thru). Once I made it to 37 weeks, I was ecstatic. I hope you can at least make it to term!

It would make me nervous as well. I hope for the best for you and baby. :)
