Anyone have any links to those workout lists where you do say 15 cruches, 20 squats, etc. and there is a different one every day. EASY ones, I am NOT in shape. lol



I'm going to set a goal for myself and it's so much easier to just look at a list. "Oh, 15 crunches, I can do that!" ya know?

Follow a regular workout plan to maintain your daily fitness.
I think nothing is better than cardio exercises to improve the fitness level.
Do jogging, running, cycling, push ups, pull ups, and sits ups in your daily routine to maintain your fitness level and improve your body strength.
