I don't think historical things need to be covered up because then how can we learn from them?



That being said... history is generally written by the winner.

It's part of our history... an ugly part, but still our history. I don't think they should be changed. It's important to remember where we came from and the stories that led us to where we are today.

IDk - I don't think removing a statue or renaming a park is rewriting history or covering it up. I think it is doing what should have been done long ago & NOT honoring people who fought for the right to engage in human trafficking.
