No blood after c section? Tmi Lexi Rae Tea 2 kids; 1 angel baby; Florida 337 posts

I just had a repeat c section 6 days ago and side from some very light dark brown blood after my 1st shower (maybe 3 drops down my keg) I haven't had anything..
My pads don't really get dirty, and when I use the bathroom, all I wrote is like... Clear mucous (sometimes aLOT of this) and light to reddish brown discharge.
I called the dr. and she said to watch for a f few days
But, cramps stopped like 2 days ago, no fever, nothing.

Anyone else? :c

I had a repeat 8 weeks ago, and same thing happened to me lol, then I finally got my pp period (after wishing it would hurry up)

I don't know why it was like that this time around, I bled like crazy with my first!

I guess so! Lol, I was told I was cleaned out.
I'm such a health nut though, so between lack of blood and low iron, I get nervous about an internal bleed or something.

LOL yeh... I was told when I was 15 tht I wouldn't have children, I was a pedestrian in a drunk driving hit and run accident and a lot of my stuff got "twisted up". So when I became pregnant at 17 it was a huge surprise. I just considered her my miracle baby. My husband and I had been half heartedly trying for a few years even though I told him constantly it was very very unlikely, so this one is a huge surprise as well! I've been very very fortunate!

I had emergency surgery last april by a shoddy surgeon, he did a terrible job. I now have an incisional hernia from it, so it would be too dangerous for me to try vbac even if I wasen't kind of terrified of trying. I was in active labor for 12 hours with my daughter before I had an emergency csection then, so I kind of like the idea of doing it the "easy" way lol

Lucky you! I had heard that with a c-section you can bleed less, but I bled a lot anyways for almost 7 weeks.
