So there are a couple of books i read in hs that really stood out to me. i can't remember the names or even character names but i can describe what they're about. on just that information, is there somewhere i could go to find the names?

Most books you read in high school are pretty standard around the country. What were they about?

well, there's actually 3 in particular. they were "free reading" though. one was of a series and it was about hazing (one of the characters died and in the 2nd book you find out his gf had gotten pregnant just before he died). another was about a girl that goes to a seaside house and starts remembering like a past life where she was murdered or drowned (don't remember which). the 3rd (this is the one i really want to know because it was VERY interesting) told the story of an African girls life as a slave. it starts with her village having a celebration and another tribe comes in and kills the young and old and takes the healthy, their trek across the country, trip on the ship, being sold to a slave owner for his son to have sex with, and a bunch of other stuff.
