Just wondering what I should be seeing in my 7 week old. Smiles, giggles, rolling, etc.

I KNOW all kids are different and do things on their own time, I am just curious.

DD is 8 weeks tmo. She's been smiling since about 3 weeks but does it much more frequently now. She occasionally chuckles but its not a full on laugh. It looked like she was going to roll over on the couch last night :) she's also discovered her hands and has some control over them now so she often sucks her fingers & grabs at things. It's so cute she gets this serious concentrated look on her face hahaha <3

DS is 9 weeks today and he just started smiling last week, and it's still not very often. He can roll onto his side from his back. He swings his hand at toys while in his bouncer or activity mat.

I've got an almost 9 week old right now. I just did the math and can't believe we're that far now...anyways, she isn't laughing yet. Just really big smiles. She's just figured out how to roll over, if I put her on the floor with a blanket or on the couch. And she's getting the hang of her hands. She's developing quite the grip! I don't know if anyone else's kid does this, but she will seriously put her hand in front of her face and just look completely fascinated. It's entertaining!

DD was absolutely fascinated with her hand yesterday LOL I took a pic of it. She stared at it for a good 10 mins

It's so cute! I've only seen her do that with the ceiling fan until a few days ago. But she was totally fascinated.

She's been in a really good mood lately, which is awesome. I'm counting my time until she decides to start teething. So not looking forward to that!

my 7 week old has been smiling since 3 weeks but lately she's been SUPER smiley :) she responds to my voice and now she's "talking" I can pretty much hold a conversation with her by cooing and mimicking her sounds

She's been rolling over to her side since birth but still isn't rolling from her front to the back yet

she's having problems with her neck and we have to see a physical therapist :(
