Ok so they told me to call if I was soaking a pad an hour or having clots the size of an orange.
I had one pretty damn close this morning and I've had a few more golf ball sized ones since. I'm also bleeding a LOT. I'm 8 days PP, and have only had one small clot and minimal bleeding before today. Is the change a reason to call or do you think it's still fine?

I would call. I mean, if it's fine, no harm done, and if it's not, you'll be glad you called.

I think sometimes when you deliver pre-term, bleeding and stuff is a little big .. irregular. For me, with my delivery at 23 weeks, i bled for 9 weeks and had huge clots. Whenever I passed a clot, I would bleed very heavily until it passed. I did have to be monitored a few extra times with an U/S just to make sure I hadn't retained anything major and to make sure i didn't have an infection.

Right before my first pp period, I also passed more grey tissue (placenta bits). Don't be surprised if that happens.
