Lately I've hard a horrible sore throat. Turns out I need my tonsils out but I'm putting it off due to work not approving my time off for surgery since I will need over a week to heal. But now I can't work out because I can barely breath. If I walk up the stairs, I'm on the floor coughing. There's nothing they can do about my tonsils but remove them.
I really wanted to tone up at least before the end of March. I just don't know what I can do that won't make me die from coughing but can still help with my upper arms, stomach and thighs. I eat well, drink lots of water but I need to work out or I'll lose nothing. I just get saggy and jiggly.
I had read somewhere once that above the neck symptoms its ok for cardio, below the neck symptoms, not ok for cardio.

It's not that it's going to make it worse. I just literally can't breath if I move too much. I start coughing to the point where I almost puke even walking up the stairs.
