I'm so sick and tired of feeling like a heffalump.

It's been 6 weeks now since LO arrived, and I'm starting to get some energy back. So iv decided that now after carrying around all this extra baby weight that iv gained and havnt been able to lose over the past 8 years, it's time to finally get my arse into gear and do something about it.

I'm done making babies, and I'm ready to have my body back.

Iv never been a real health freak, and havnt really done the whole exercise and diet thing before.

So.....I need advice. Any advice you can give me, I will take with an opened mind. I'm willing to try anything to lose this weight.

Any diet plans or exercise tips would be greatly appreciated :)

drink alot of water.. cut out most of your junk foods when i say most i mean all of them but occasionally like maybe an ice cream every other week you dont want to totally give it all up because it wont work. and walk.. my doc says only eat about 60 carbohydrates a day..

See this is what I don't get.
I drink a lot of water, don't do soft drinks, but I do have the occasional energy drink. I very rarely eat rubbish. I don't have a sweet tooth, but would may e have a pack of chips like every 3rd day or something like that.
And I walk my DD to school every day....bout 20mins each way, twice a day.
I think my biggest prob might be carbs....like potatoes and pasta.

yep potatoes and pasta are bad read the carbohydrates on the bags. 2 slices of bread is like 20 carbs chips have a lot.. i have lost almost 40 lbs in like 6 months by following this .

this walk ,is a fast paced walk or slow walk?? you gotta get outta breathe to rep the beniefts. Carbs could be killing it, you know what i do i write everything down that i eat in a day then i see how much i am really eating and then i can make changes.
Try out a few beginner fitness dvds at home i did this in the early days and it helped heaps for me.
